We strive to give you our very best in order to enhance your spa experience with us. We adhere to certain policies to benefit you, and create a harmonious environment where our therapists can focus on your needs. We know you will have a pleasant experience with us as we strive to exceed your expectations!

 

Booking with us
we have the right to cancelled the reservation if you not agree with our T&C 
 
First Visit
 
Arrive 5 minutes prior to your first treatment to allow ample time to check in and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure.Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

Late Policy 
 
If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible.  Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests as treatments and are charged at full value.

We will try our best to get back to your Email, Call, and Text at our earliest opportunity. Otherwise feel free to book one of your desires  treatments on our Booking Systems, open 24/7.

Cancellation Policies and Fees 
​
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 12 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on call" status and can have travelled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
 
Cancellation when you are unwell

If you feeling unwell we won’t mind rescheduling your appointment, we won't charge you a late cancellation fee under these circumstances .We are in a small room working closely with you, with little ventilation, and germs can spread through the air easily in those conditions. If we do not get sick, one of our other clients is more prone to catch it. Best for everybody if you come back when you are feeling better. 
 
Prices and Services 
 
We use Pay-pal, Stripe, as a Payment Order Online ,  Pay-Pal , Stripe, payments will not be refunded-please choose your treatments carefully. Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. Any appointment fall on public holiday  we will  charge 15 % extra surcharges .

Treatments
 
 Please choose your treatment carefully when you make a booking as our value various modalities that are available and  different modalities of massage aim to achieve different results and outcomes so knowing what your goals are in advance will ensure that you choose the right treatment for yourself.

Gift Certificate
 
  • We cannot accept responsibility for the loss or theft of Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates are not replaceable if lost, damaged, stolen or expired and are void if altered, photocopied or reproduced.
  • Gift Certificates are only valid when displaying a voucher number, signatures and date stamp.
  • Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Gift Certificates value is in currency identified on the card.
  • The total value of the Gift Certificates must be redeemed at once unless otherwise authorized by a staff member.
  • Gift Certificate are valid for 6 months, and non refundable.
  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed with an already discounted service.
Please be aware that Bali Ritch's provides a non-sexual service. Verbal and physical sexual harassment will not be tolerated under any circumstances and will result in immediate termination of the treatments
